Hope this email finds you well amidst the rejoicing of spring in the elm city.
I am writing to you on behalf of CUSY board announcing an exciting event co-hosted by CUSY and SOM China Club (SCC).
After repeated discussions with the SOM China Club board, we have decided to hold our CUSY-SCC 之夜 at 6.00 PM next Wednesday (Apr. 21)! Excited?!
The gathering (联谊) is tentatively scheduled to take place in the Branford Common Room. We will notify you in advance if there is a further change of venue.
We will have many Chinese students from SOM joining us in the gathering. I am sure their diverse backgrounds and working experiences will provide us with great insights on various industries and career paths. It will be a great opportunity for us to find out more about what we may be interested in as a career, as well as to build up friendships with the SOM students. As the first event of our SOM-Undergrad Mentor Initiative, the gathering is a must-go for all of us.
Refreshments will also be provided.(Yorkside Chicken Wings!!! How about that? lol) A high quality time is guaranteed.
We will have to make room and food reservations in advance. So if you are interested in attending this event, please RSVP to me at jie.min@yale.edu by Thursday midnight (Apr. 15). We will provide a list of SOM members with their working experience shortly.
