前赴后继：     
        亲爱的CUSY成员们，即便忽如其来一场瑞雪也难盖春色掩映，2011年眼见便要抖去上一载积留的风尘，开拓自己的时代。眼 前诸般期中考试、课业文章，或扰乱心境，或日夜匆忙；无论顺利与否、斗志有无，但使心神坦荡、胸怀初衷，那以CUSY众生所 向披靡的智慧、心力，自当一马平川，终尝夙愿。
        自上周五水饺元宵饕餮夜落下帷幕之后，本届CUSY理事会的最后一次集体活动也正式宣告结束。在当下关口，除去对不远之后的春假望眼欲穿之外，也希望 CUSY的相关人员们可以利用闲暇时机认真斟酌，积极参与新一届CUSY理事会的选举活动。不久之后主席将向CUSY发送相 关文件和章程，有意向的同学请随时关注。

3."Nordhaus and Shellenberger Lecture: The Long Death of Environmentalism"

Award-winning authors Ted Nordhaus and Michael Shellenberger of the Breakthrough Institute, will speak at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies Wednesday, February 23. The event is co-hosted by the Yale Center for Environmental Policy and the Energy Student Interest Group.
The lecture, titled “The Long Death of Environmentalism,” begins at 5:30 p.m. in Kroon Hall’s Burke Auditorium; it is free and open to the public. Shellenberger and Nordhaus will reflect on the current state of the environmental movement and look at how environmentalism must evolve in order to effectively address the ecological challenges of a new century. A reception will follow in the Knobloch Environment Center.
Shellenberger and Nordhaus were named Time magazine’s Heroes of the Environment for 2008; their book, Break Through: From the Death of Environmentalism to the Politics of Possibility, received the 2007 Green Book Award.
