This exhibit seeks to draw interest back to Haiti and remind us that its circumstances today are only minutely better than they were a year ago. Even after a year of relief efforts, nearly 1.5 million people are still forced to live in makeshift camps. A stable government hasn't been formed, and major public services aren't available. As the world saw with the recent cholera outbreak, Haiti is vulnerable in its current state and is ill equipped to deal with major emergencies. At this stage, it is more important than ever to continue our support for the Haiti relief and aid in the rebuilding of a nation.
